Dastar Bandi is the ceremony in which a young Sikh boy is ceremonially tied his first turban, marking his coming of age and commitment to the Sikh faith. The Dastar (turban) is a symbol of honor, courage, self-respect, and sovereignty in Sikhism. This ceremony is conducted in the presence of Guru Granth Sahib Ji and the Sikh congregation.

Anand Karaj means 'Blissful Union.' Introduced by Guru Amar Das Ji and formalized by Guru Ram Das Ji through the four Lavans (sacred hymns), it joins two souls spiritually in the presence of Guru Granth Sahib Ji. The Anand Karaj is recognized as the only valid Sikh wedding ceremony under the Anand Marriage Act of India.

Amrit Sanchar (Khande di Pahul) is the Sikh initiation ceremony instituted by Guru Gobind Singh Ji on Vaisakhi 1699. It initiates a person into the Khalsa — the community of baptized Sikhs — marking total commitment to the Sikh way of life. The initiate receives Amrit (sacred nectar) and commits to wearing the Panj Kakaar and following the Sikh Code of Conduct.

Antim Sanskar is the Sikh funeral ceremony. Sikhism views death as a joyful reunion of the soul with Waheguru — not a cause for mourning. The ceremony is filled with Gurbani, Kirtan, and Ardas, celebrating the soul's return to God. Sikhism prohibits excessive mourning, wailing, or rituals that are not in accordance with Gurbani.
